He was born at 4:25 p.m. June 6, 2017, at OSF Saint Anthony’s Health Center in Alton, the son of Michael Andrew Mason and Christina Carter of Alton. He weighed 9 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 19 3/4 inches long. Grandparents are the late Brotha Barnett of Alton and the late Bobby Mason of Alton, Leonel Carter of St. Louis, and Brenda Croft of Alton. Big brothers are Warren, age 13, Christian, age 10, Kareem, age 11, Da’Shawn, age 7, Jeremiah, age 4, Ja’marion, age 1, and Michael Jr., age 11. A big sister, Mi’Kya, is age 13.
